Log Cabin Pricing

Rate per night is $115.00* up to four people. Each person after that will be an additional $10 per person per night. 16 will be charged as adults, Children 15 and under will not be charged.  We prefer a minimum of two night stay, one night stays will be charged an extra $30 cleaning fee.

Rate per week (7day, 6 nights) is $600.00* up to four people. Each person after that will be an additional $10 per person per night. 16 will be charged as adults, Children 15 and under will not be charged.

Off Season Rates
January 10th through March 15th

Rate per night is $95* per night up to four people. Each person after that will be an additional $10 per person per night. 16 will be charged as adults, Children 15 and under will not be charged. We prefer a minimum of two night stay, one night stays will be charged an extra $30 cleaning fee.

*All rate subject to a 7% sales tax.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and good personal check.
  2. 50% deposit is required in order to reserve the Log Cabin Hideaway. We will hold dates when we receive payment. Deposit is refundable up to two weeks before reservation.
  3. The Log Cabin Hideaway will not be rented to anyone under 21 years of age.
  4. NO ANIMALS OR PETS allowed with the exception of leader dogs.
  5. NO SMOKING inside cabin (if smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in outside garbage disposal) or illegal drugs of any kind.
  6. Landlord is not responsible for any personal property of renter, family or guests.
  7. Renter shall hold harmless landlord from all claims and damages, injuries and demands of every type and nature in connection with the use and existence of the rented premises.
  8. Landlord has the option to terminate rental occupancy without refund of rent and deposits if renter is not complying with the terms of this agreement.
  9. Trash and garbage should be placed in the containers provided.
  10. Linens and towels are provided.
