Antler Lodge pricing
Base Rate- (up to 4 guests) - $198/Night*
Weekly Base Rate (7 days 6 nights for up to 4 guests) - $1009.80/week*
Extra adults(age 13 & up) after base rate additional $20/person per night. Extra Children if they outnumber the adults are $5/child per night.(i.e. 5 adults and 4 children there is no cost per child but 4 adults and 5 children there is a $5 per night cost)

We require a 2 night stay for weekends. All bookings will be charged a one time $150 cleaning fee. No Sunday check ins.
Secret Haven Pricing

Terms & Conditions
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and good personal check.
50% deposit is required in order to reserve the Singing Hills Retreat. We will hold dates when we receive payment. Deposit is refundable up to two weeks before reservation.
Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is Mon-Sat 11:00 am Sunday – 4:00 pm.
No animals or pets allowed.
NO SMOKING inside cabin (if smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in outside garbage disposal) or illegal drugs of any kind.
Landlord is not responsible for any personal property of renter, family or guests.
Renter shall hold harmless landlord from all claims and damages, injuries and demands of every type and nature in connection with the use and existence of the rented premises.
Landlord has the option to terminate rental occupancy without refund of rent and deposits if renter is not complying with the terms of this agreement.
Trash and garbage should be placed in the containers provided.
Linens and towels are provided.
By putting down a deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
